PROBLEM
Terros, a growing SaaS company, was preparing to attend the ACCA trade show in the air conditioning industry, an audience they had not previously engaged with. As a relatively new brand, they needed to establish a strong and memorable presence in a competitive environment. With a tight timeline, the project required a cohesive set of trade show assets, including a booth experience, brochure, landing page, and activation, all designed to clearly communicate their value and introduce the brand with confidence and clarity.
PROCESS
The process began with the trade show booth design, which established the core messaging and visual direction. This ensured the brand could quickly capture attention while clearly communicating Terros’ product offering. Once approved, the booth informed the design of the brochure, landing page, and activation assets to maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
AI tools were used throughout the production phase to improve efficiency. Adobe Photoshop’s generative AI helped adapt and extend imagery for different formats, while ChatGPT was used to condense and refine copy to fit design constraints without losing clarity or intent.
SOLUTION
The final suite of trade show assets created a cohesive experience across booth, print, and digital touchpoints, clearly introducing Terros in a new industry. The booth attracted attention and communicated the core offering, while the brochure and landing page reinforced key messaging and provided additional detail for interested attendees.
Together, the system helped generate qualified leads and follow-up opportunities, ultimately creating enough pipeline value to offset the cost of attending the trade show and establish Terros in a new market.
