PROBLEM
MFour needed a consistent email design system to support its growing marketing efforts and automated drip campaigns. Emails were being sent for a variety of purposes—including infographics, research guides, welcome series, and weekly updates for the MFour Studio, but there was no unified template structure. This created inconsistencies in branding, layout, and messaging, making it harder to maintain a cohesive experience across campaigns.
PROCESS
I worked with the marketing team to identify the most common email types and the content modules each would require. From there, I designed a flexible email template system with reusable components such as headers, content blocks, CTAs, and featured graphics.
Using HubSpot, I built and implemented these templates so the marketing team could easily assemble and deploy campaigns. I also used AI tools like ChatGPT to generate and refine email copy, ensuring consistency in tone and clarity across campaigns, while maintaining strong visual hierarchy, branding, and responsive design.
SOLUTION
The final email templates created a cohesive and scalable system that marketing could easily use across multiple campaigns. By establishing consistent design patterns and modular content blocks, the team was able to quickly build emails for newsletters, drip campaigns, and promotional content while maintaining brand consistency. This streamlined workflow improved efficiency for the marketing team and delivered a more polished, recognizable experience for subscribers.
