Project Overview
PROBLEM
MFour offers powerful consumer insights through real-time behavioral and survey data, but the complexity of its platform made it difficult to quickly communicate its value to potential clients. The marketing team needed a clear, engaging way to explain how the platform works and why its data is more reliable than traditional research methods.
PROCESS
I collaborated with the marketing and team to identify the most important aspects of the platform to highlight, including real-time data collection, consumer-permissioned insights, and visibility into the customer journey. From there, I developed a storyboard and visual narrative that simplified these concepts into an easy-to-follow story. Using motion design, iconography, and clean typography, I created an animated video that broke down complex ideas into clear, digestible segments while staying consistent with MFour’s brand guidelines.
SOLUTION
The final animation translated complex product information into an engaging visual story that quickly explained the platform’s capabilities and benefits. By combining motion graphics with simple visual metaphors and clear messaging, the video made MFour’s data solutions more accessible to potential clients. The animation was used across marketing channels, including the website and email campaigns, to help increase understanding, engagement, and interest in the platform.

I was given the audio from a podcast interview with our CEO, and using the transcript as a guide, I created animations and visuals to turn it into a more engaging piece for our email blast. To bring the content to life, I combined stock imagery with Keynote and Adobe Premiere Pro, resulting in a polished, dynamic video that elevated the original audio.

I was tasked with creating a video that showcases how MFour collects in-the-moment feedback by sending participants surveys about their experiences through the Survey On The Go® app. This method allows users to share authentic, immediate reactions, leading to more accurate insights without recall bias. The video serves as a clear, accessible way for website visitors to understand what MFour offers. I produced it using a combination of stock imagery and filmed footage provided by a videographer, then stitched everything together in Adobe Premiere Pro.
