MFour’s platform delivers rich consumer insight data, but the complexity of its products and methodologies made it difficult to communicate value quickly through traditional marketing channels. The marketing team needed a way to present detailed insights and explain the platform’s capabilities in a format that was engaging, easy to understand, and effective for generating leads.

I worked with the marketing team to identify key insights and topics that would resonate with our target audience. I then designed a series of guides and eBooks that combined concise copy, data visualizations, and strong visual hierarchy to make the information more approachable and digestible while maintaining credibility and accuracy.

The final guides and eBooks transformed complex research and product information into engaging, educational resources that helped explain the value of the platform. These assets were used as downloadable gated content on landing pages and in email campaigns, increasing engagement while also supporting lead generation by capturing new contacts and contributing to the company’s sales pipeline.
